We eat that all the time at home my fam from Zacatecas. Sometimes we use the nopales as pico de gallo for tacos de asada, pastor etc. it’s an acquired taste so I get it.

I like then not in love with them lol my brother hates them. I prefer it with pico de gallo and adding the nopal some lime juice and a good salsa pretty good you can also add some chicharron
