Mackenzie Shirilla case is eerily similar to another out of Florida; Daniel Waterman and Leigha mumby. It’s alleged that Leigha mumby intentionally crashed herself and Daniel (who was a passenger) while she was pregnant with his baby. She drove straight off the highway into the tree line off the highway, no other vehicle or people were involved. She told the cops she “doesn’t remember” what happened. Daniel lived long enough to give his statement to the police (while Leigha claims she doesn’t remember) and now the court is claiming it cannot be used in the trial.
