Another woman posted a video on here and managed to get a full refund on this exact couch for this exact reason! It’s now a recognised fault so in saying that, it’d go find that video and claim a refund too 🥰

That’s so shit. The springs in our couch broke within the 2 year warranty period and they refused to go ahead with our claim until it was professionally cleaned. $240 later, they said thanks for doing that but now we’ll only replace the couch for the same value you purchased the couch at - which was 2 years ago. Everything’s significantly more expensive cos of inflation so would have to downsize our couch. AND I’m down $240 for nothing lmao.

im sure people will say you shouldn’t do this but I literally bought a hair shaver and shave my couch cause it’s so much quicker HAHA like not a good idea if it’s then material that can be cut by the razor but it works perfectly on my couch which is similar to yours

My old lounge was from freedom and it looked like the exact same fabric and was the worst! Showed every mark/stain and took me ages to depill it. I refuse to ever get a fabric lounge again 😂

This absolutely sucks but I will say my jaw hit the floor because my James Lane couch in the “muse” fabric is the most incredible couch. Had it for 9 months and looks brand new!!

Okay that’s so weird, did u get the kit that comes with the protection spray and warranty ? we just got ours from there and we’ve had it for 2 weeks with no issues honestly it’s so comfortable me and my partner accidentally fall asleep on it like every night
