Our staff sticks together and supports each other beautifully - so long as admin doesn't stick their noses in. (They're like cocksure middle school girls who bully instead of admitting they don't know everything.) It's not perfect, but we are determined. 🤩

It’s true. I had a coworker judge me so hard that my team turned on me. The day finally came where some of them woke up and saw what was going on. It was very unfair to me. I didn’t do anything but be amazing at my job. The jealousy hit and I was her target. Well, that karma train doesn’t stop. She got fired for a lot of things she did. The light finally came on.

30 plus years and this is the most toxic I’ve ever been in. If you see a group of teachers that work well together and support each other then they will be separated into different grades. Admin fears strong teachers that ask questions and don’t just agree with what they say.
