@brains.secret: I hate when people confuse education with intelligence. You can have a PhD and still be an absolute clueless clown #brain #mindset #mind #psychology #relateable
Not really. Education and intelligence correlate, as you need to have a certain level of intelligence to get a PhD.

I think most people in this comment section underestimate the intellectual challenge of getting a phd. It’s nothing like a bachelors. Everybody can get a bachelors. Getting your phd takes years of hard and underpaid labor while doing research to write a thesis on something that nobody has ever done before. Bachelors is just summarizing other people’s work

no, having a PhD means you’re highly knowledgeable in your field, but it doesn’t mean you’re knowledgeable about everything. Intelligence comes in many forms, so u can be smart in one area while knowing very little about another

There are different types of intelligence. Education doesn’t mean it’ll provide you all kinds of it but it still does make you intelligent in a way. The term should be wisdom. The ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on experience, empathy, and moral insight.

Nobody cares :
Earning a PhD means that you have a knowledge in a specific area . It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re intelligent because you’re torn in very narrow areas. Whereas intelligence is the ability to learn and understand everything even if it isn’t your area .
