is it possible for you to give tips for self love and care? i have auadhd, and i have never been able to love myself as long as i lived. it effects on my relationships with every people. i am so sensitive, i can't really help about this because it really hurts physically when i got disappoint or get sad. i can't just ignore my emotions, i can't make myself think like "they didn't mean it". i don't understand how others people do, my body hurts and reacts so bad when i am in bad mood. i try my best to funfiction normally with the people around me but it is still really obvious. i can't act happy, i can't fake. when i try to communicate no one understands what i am trying to say and always gets defensive even though i always try to explain that i am not trying to attack them with this conservation and i just try to explain my side. i don't understand what am i doing wrong. i even search psycologists' videos so i can express myself more clearly. i also have a psychptherapist, she understands me most of the time but that is the problem. the people who understands me are the people i do not care enough for them to break my heart with one word. i don't understand what am i doing wrong.

I met my ex and didnt feel anything for him anymore on that level😆 but he was disrespectful to me so the glowup mentally and physically also just made me level up from him
