well, our children & family got stranded at New Chitose Airport just because our flight GK104 this morning (July 12) got canceled (email notification sent out midnight), missing an international flight in the afternoon and another business-related flight the day after. Staff on the ground had zero empathy, offering to change to another flight on July 15 (3 days from now) or a refund. When we finally accept the refund, they said they could not do it. Highly recommended not to fly your children or families with Jetstar!
