You should check out the video-use github, it connects through elevenlabs to transcribe the audio and then cut through timestamps. Hyperframes is a good alternative to remotion, html instead of react. It takes 2-3 min per prompt to do edits for short form video content for me.

You are doing it in the claude. try this locally with Claude Code. It is just a file that needs to be edited. You can also use open-source tools like open shorts
