ADOR stated she was terminated for signing contracts and doing individual activities with the consent of the company and when asked to rectify in a timely manner she didn’t but when the bunnies only focused on one part of the sentence.

in my experience (I'm a second gen kpop fan) no entertainment company in south Korea terminates a contract with the talent without proof, mainly to eliminate the possibility of loosing the case in court, whenever an idol wins their cases is when they were the ones opening the case and showing proof of a breach of contract on the side of the entertainment company

If I had to guess, and this is just a guess so obviously take it with a grain of salt I'd probably say that what happened was Ador held the interviews and Danielle was the only one who didn't come back

I think both MHJ and Danielle’ mother were both trying to reach their own goals by working together but the goals did mesh, MHJ knew that she wouldn’t be brought back to adore and she didn’t want to go back she wanted the attention on her so when she launched her new label she would get a bunch of attention, Dani’s mom wanted her daughters career to take off and probably felt they they were being held back by Hybe and adore, but the way they moved only one of these goals were possible and it wasn’t the career, the mom made a bad decision because she thought she know how things would go but she didn’t, she thought that MHJ also wanted the best for the girls but they were only pity props for her

im just a little confused because Danielle thinks she is still under ador because adors "unlawful termination" but has almost every social media? (I know she wants to have some form of contact with fans) But when your trying to say it was unlawful wouldn't you try to prove that you should be back in the group and that you "only" breached your contract in the past that you want to fix your mistakes? maybe i'm reading too much into it😶

can I just too that if Newjeans had actually been able to leave after the main issue (at the beginning) they would have still been relevant enough that anyone would be willing to pick them up, as they were at the peak of their career. but now all the troubles have been stretched over time for so long that some of us do not care anymore about the group (especially for casual listeners) and as such it may be seen as more risky for anyone to support New jeans (on a business level) if they decide to come back without ador. so it's not just their reputation that has been harmed it's also their momentum

I mean I remember it coming out that BSH had outright said he doesn’t like Danielle and wants her gone. Also also if ador was looking for someone to blame then they cannot pick minji haerin or heyin cause they are full South Korean and can’t pick Hanni cause she’s a complete foreigner and has spoken against them in that employment thingy so would look very biased and retaliatory sooo it had to be Danielle cause too South Korean to look like targeting a foreigner but also enough of a foreigner to have a good chunk of people against her
