Agreed. I have a friend who is so “fast and loose” and takes TONS of risk in dating and tbh she has a ton of success and is now in one of the best relationships I know. I used to secretly judge her for it but tbh she got what she wanted and I’m still looking so I could probably actually take a page out of her book. It takes a lot of courage to take emotional risks and roll with the punches

I took emotional risk and told the guy I liked “let me know when you’re free, i’d love to see you” and he has not responded in 24h. Giving we been texting often and the moment I care about a reply… silence. Granted he was very consistent and then I started to like him, I got scared and I pulled back and became less available.
