these high protein pumpkin bars might just be my new fall sweet treat craving 😋🤎 ingredients: • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (99g) (powder from @ehplabs in bio) • 1 cup oat flour (100g) • cinnamon to taste • a pinch of salt (1.5g) • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (82g) • 1.5 tbsp honey (32g) • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (28g) • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (45g) • 2 tbsp + 1sp coconut oil (31g) • flaky sea salt for topping instructions: 1. add the protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl. mix together. 2. add the pumpkin puree, honey, and melted coconut oil to the same bowl. mix until a thick dough forms. (the dough is SO good on its own if you want some pumpkin cookie dough!) 3. line a dish with parchment paper, add the dough, and flatten it into an even layer. 4. melt the dark chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil and spread evenly over the top. 5. sprinkle with flaky sea salt, then freeze for a couple of hours until set. 6. slice into 12 bars and enjoy! store in the freezer for the perfect sweet treat 🤎 macros for the full recipe: 1331 calories | 91g protein | 133.9g carbs | 56.3g fat per bar (12 bars): 111 calories | 7.6g protein | 11.2g carbs | 4.7g fat save this for your next fall snack 🍂🤎 #fallrecipes #sweettreats #highprotein #pumpkinrecipe #healthyrecipes

Waxed, then bumpy? Here's what's actually happening 👇🔹 Folliculitis — infection. Bacteria (usually staph) get in through the follicle the wax just opened. Can show up in days. They love company. An injured follicle is an easy target — which is how a cosmetic bump becomes a sore, pus-filled one.First 24–48 hrs: no heat, no gym sweat, no hot tubs, no pools, no sex, no tight jeans. Loose cotton. Unscented everything. Hands off. Picking is how a bump becomes a scar and a dark mark.If you get bumps every single time → stop fighting it. Nothing you do after the wax beats not damaging the follicle in the first place. Laser hair removal is the real fix, and if you have deeper skin, ask for Nd:YAG specifically.⚠️ See a doctor if: redness is spreading, it's getting more painful, you have a fever or chills, there's a large boil, no improvement after 1–2 weeks, or you're getting this on repeat.🚩 And one thing nobody says out loud: a post-wax reaction in the bikini area can look like an STI. Folliculitis is the most common look-alike. But if you have blisters on one side, shooting nerve pain, or a flu-ish feeling before the bumps appear — that's not folliculitis. Get it swabbed. Not every bump is a bad wax. But not every bump is harmless either. Now you know which is which. ✨💬 Bumps after waxing — how long do yours usually last?#WaxingTips #ingrowntoenailremoval #foliculitis #braxilianwax
