Ion know if you already doing this but if you eat at a canteen or camp u get +50 health and stamina. Helps a lot especially against anjanath who has an almost one shot move

thats my son Tobi. 👏 but yeah armor progression isnt really linear. These best thing in early game is having higher vitality so you can take more hits. Also dont forget to collect nullberries to cure elemental blights
