I recognized this in myself when I left the toxic job I was at for 23 years in May 2025. This year, I realized that I was so used to shrinking myself to survive. Now that I’m in a healthy work environment, I am allowed to shine. I am doing the work to heal and am elevating. I am no longer questioning my worth. I even walk differently, head held high.
