I been trying to manifest braces for months now and I know you’re going to say to change your mindset. The thing is I naturally already have a high self concept and when I get “negitive” thoughts of myself I either redirect it or ignore it. I have tried methods, subliminals, and simply deciding. I am always visualizing what I look like in braces ( I’m naturally a daydreamer) and how it would feel. My thing is I’m just not seeing movement. I have applied everything I know of manifestations and loa, idk what to do anymore

can someone help me out? I belive, that I will get my manifestation but I struggle with thinking that I already have it. What can I do about it? I want my Ex back. guys everyone who keeps having trouble but have been doing everything 1. are you actually being consistent with your affirmations/methods? 2. shadow work really helped me out so much bc those beliefs can interfere w ur manifestations!! these rlly helped they might help someone else!
