bread test, take a slice of bread and place it under your bed for 3 days of it mold severely you have a moisture problem if it dries up your room doesn't have enough ventilation

Everything will have spores get rid of everything you can’t disinfect properly. All bedding, towels, literally everything!! clothes wash them a TON. Go get checked for mold poisoning.

Mold illness is so real! I stayed in a house with a mold issue bc rent was cheap and it ended up costing me more in the long run. So many health problems and medical bills. Get out if you can!

I would get your AC checked for mold inside as well. If it’s humid in the house they harbour mold so bad and just cycle it through the air continually

when I lived in NYC, my ac had a dehumidifier option, so my room would stay cool by getting rid of extra humidity. You can also get a plain dehumidifier off Amazon for 50 bucks. Your situation is extreme, but smart appliances to have in a humid environment.
