as a texan & a lover of brisket there is no reason she should have to rip it from her teeth. most good brisket you shouldnt be able to pick it up like that it should be so soft. the taste might have been good but the tenderness is simply not there. brisket should just fall apart.

I love it telling her it’s bad brisket, but she still loved it.😂😂😂 You don’t understand unless you’ve had German food it’s I can’t describe it. It’s a lot of sausage like a lot of sausages. It’s OK schnitzel fried stuff but we have better food than German Germany.

We are Americans, we know good bbq. While this isn't the best we have, it's literally the best THEY have had. The meat looks too chewy for my liking but I'm sure it's pretty good.
