Scary how life can be turned upside down within seconds. That happened to me and I broke my ankle in three places. 9 weeks later my foot is still very swollen and is uncomfortable but, I am slowly getting back to some sort of normality. Hang on in there, things do improve

Yeah I needed plates and screws, that was about three weeks ago and still in a lot of pain and discomfort. Hoping to turn a corner soon but for now just chilling in bed lol

i got a stress fracture from literally just walking. wdym 10k steps a day a few days in a row turned into full on crutches for weeks?
