I don't know the exact full actual lore, but I remember someone saying how the mother couldn't bear to bury her daughter, so she made her into a mannequin instead, which is why the mannequin looks so realistic from the eyes and the damn hands, and no one is supposed to move or touch that mannequin. But I'm gonna be honest. If I die and I'm stuck in one freaking place wedding dress for the rest of my afterlife just because my mother couldn't let go, I'd be pissed... 😭 Again, I'm not saying that this is accurate, I just remember someone saying this is the reason why the mannequin looks so realistic.

I lived in chihuahua for a short amount of time as a kid and would pass by pascualita and I'd go into La popular quiet a bit. my family always told me and my cousins about the urban legend. freaked me out so bad sometimes id come home after and puke 💔
