For everyone asking - the app link for @Osta - Recipe Tracker is in my bio or you can search “Osta Recipes” in the App Store/Google Play Store ‼️😋 Ingredients (for rice + chicken) * 300g cooked rice * 2 tbsp sesame oil * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 2 tbsp sweet chilli * 1 chicken breast * 1 egg * Breadcrumbs * 1/2 cucumber * 1/4 red onion * 1/2 avocado * Sesame seeds Ingredients (for chipotle sauce) * 1 cup thick Greek yoghurt * 1/2 avocado * 1 tbsp cream cheese * Juice of ½ lime * 1 garlic clove * 1 tbsp sriracha * 1 tbsp paprika * 1 tbsp salt/pepper Method: 1. Cook rice and set aside 2. Once cooled, spread on a lined baking tray 3. Coat evenly with sesame oil, soy and sweet chilli 4. Bake at 200’ for 40 mins 5. Flatten chicken breast and dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs 6. Air fry at 200’ for 20 mins 7. Make the sauce (blend all ingredients above) 8. Slice cucumber, onion and avocado 9.
