Everyone seems to think I’m a bad person, even though I know deep down that I’m not. It hurts because I’ve been treated badly by so many people around me, and instead of understanding what that’s done to me, they judge the way I react to it. They don’t see the trust issues, the anxiety, or the way I shut down when I’m overwhelmed they just see silence or distance and assume the worst.

Mental health is just as important as physical health for both boys and girls. Everyone experiences stress, sadness, fear, or pressure at different times, and these feelings do not make someone weak. Boys and girls may express emotions differently.

I find it really hard to open up to people about my feelings, even when I’m struggling, I feel like everything is falling apart again, and I don’t fully understand why. There’s this emptiness I can’t shake, like I’m drained inside and out. I feel alone with my thoughts, like I don’t really have anyone I can talk to about what’s going on in my head. I don’t say this for attention. I just don’t want to keep pretending I’m okay when I’m not

It’s so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about other people’s feelings and is willing to be there for them. When you do find someone like that, it’s something worth appreciating because that kind of kindness and sincerity isn’t as common as it should be.

It’s really hard to find someone who truly cares about you and understands what you’re going through with your mental health. Most people only see the surface, but not the battles you fight every day. I just wish it wasn’t this rare to feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to struggle with your emotions and your mental health. Everyone goes through a difficult time and having hard time doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you or that you have to deal with it

I’ve got really bad trust issues and social anxiety, and it feels like they control more of my life than I’d like to admit. When something upsets me or makes me angry, I don’t argue or explain how I feel

It is important to treat people with respect and kindness because it helps build trust, understanding, and positive relationships. When people feel respected, they are more likely to feel valued and safe, which encourages cooperation

Some people treat mental health as a joke or something to mock, often because they don’t fully understand how real and serious it is, but for those experiencing it, it’s not something trivial or exaggerated it’s something that can deeply affect how they think or feel, and cope with everyday life, and dismissing it only makes it harder for people to open up or get the support they need

I wish there were more girls who were willing to sit down and genuinely listen to someone’s problems instead of letting people suffer in silence
