Freshly Milled Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 (double batch) Ingredients: • 380 g soft white wheat • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 cup butter, melted & cooled • 1 cup brown sugar • ½ cup cane sugar • 2 egg + 2 egg yolk • 3 tsp vanilla • 2 tbsp milk • 2-ish cups chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl whisk butter, sugars, egg + yolk, vanilla & milk. Combine wet + dry just until mixed Fold in chocolate chips. Rest dough 20 minutes (important for FMF). I cover the dough and rest in the fridge for 20min to 1hr. Scoop 2-tbsp balls and bake 9-11 min until edges are set and centers look slightly underdone. (Scoop & freeze the remaining dough) Cool on the pan 5 minutes. #freshlymilledflour #grainmill #cookierecipe #bakingrecipe #wheatberries
