Heading in for 3 years now since I was hit by a drunk driver in the motorway, i was travelling to work , nearly killed , he got a 6 year ban , I am still awaiting the settlement for special damages and general damages, so frustrating, he was 4 times over limit

So in Lithuania it's simpler, if the person at fault doesn't have insurance, your insurance will cover it and it will go through the legal BS to recoup their losses.

This is ridiculous! Why do you need to sue anyone when this organization is already set for these kinds of events? It should be straightforward, like submitting a claim, not going to court.
