Hello, I’m a performer in this production and I would just like to clear up a few concerns people seem to have. 1. Everyone involved in this production is 17 or older, even if we may not look it. 2. We all have signed contracts that show our agreement to participate and understanding of the topics discussed in this show (those who are under 18 have parents who have given them permission to participate in the show). 3. The themes discussed in this show are NOTHING that this company has not seen before, all of them are mature enough to delicately handle it as well. 4. Whether it be the history or the sexual themes you are worried about, I feel I must clarify once again, the company has been familiarized with the history that is the core of this play in high school IF NOT sooner. Many productions of this show may be sexualized but each director and production has a different vision, including one that may not include such strong themes. 5. You are not required to come see this show, nor were we forced to be a part of this production. Hope this helps!

I did Spring Awakening my freshman year of HS… I think they’ll survive Cabaret (which also is a masterpiece and highlights rlly important themes in 2026)
