What i noticed for me that using the non dominant hand is better for quick normal serves, two hand toss is probably the best for jump floaters and hybrid serves while tossing either dominant hand gives me the most accuracy for a nasty top spin serve or a sidespin serve

the opposite toss actually works for me because my left hand is more precise (i use it to write and draw) and my right hand/arm is stronger

i honestly do it depending on the serve. a standing float i do with left hand Toss, a standing or jumping topspin with the right hand and a jump float with both hands

Idk when I toss with my serving hand it feels awkward and less accurate but my opposite feels normal but idk why
