like that is PART of the tragedy, that Chloe found new security in this girl and fell so deeply in love with her as part of her coping with no longer having max in her life and it makes her relationship with Amber sometimes feel bittersweet. It’s a great complex situation where the feelings are all genuine but Rachel was still a sort of rebound, in the same way Max can feel like a rebound for Rachel despite the truth of the situation.

i agree w thisss AND MIND YOU, in LiS BTS chloe wrote to/about max EVERYDAY. if you play BTS she clearly is NOT over max and is using rachel as a rebound. anyone who says MAX is the rebound, doesn't understand them and should play the game again. OR they didnt play BTS. (im SO passionate about this because my ex ALWAYS said MAX was the rebound. just bc he didnt ship pricefield and had no other valid reason other than just feankly wanting a straight ship.)
