i’m genuinely pissed bc i liked unjust jewelry, i genuinely thought because they were a smaller business they were actually paying the artists and getting rights from them legally. i’m genuinely mad. because like. frutiger aero wasn’t even a term coined for that aesthetic until like 2013 either. you can’t copyright something like that

thank you so much for bringing this to the frutiger aero community’s attention!! you’re the only person i’ve seen making videos on this and it’s so so important!! i just did some research to see if i could help at all as a us citizen who isn’t a us resident. if you’re not a us resident, you can write a letter of opposition as long as you have a us attorney representing you. regardless, if unjust responds, a legal case would open up which would involve needing a lawyer anyways. a letter of protest is a much cheaper and less formal option at $150. in other words, no pricey court case!! costly either way, but if someone does this i think it’s safe to say they’ll be the frutiger aero community’s biggest hero 💙💜 but for those who want to help but can’t afford it, sharing this video & talking about it on social media is a free option and will hopefully help find that hero who could afford to send in a letter of protest or opposition!!

It's listed as a class 3 trademark which seems to be specific to cosmetics, but I wouldn't put it past Unjust to overreach on this

I’m pretty sure Unjust commented on this and said it was a rumor, they’ve also had to address how they are not dropshipped and have stopped using ai for a LONG time after using it once or twice for small things then realizing that it was bad. Their stuff is so cool so I’d hate for misinformation to be spread about them
