It’s so cool to see another person with osteointegration! My MIL is an above the knee amputee on the right side due to a motorcycle accident and she lost her leg to trauma and has been through it with sockets and different parts of her prosthetic. She had the titanium rod in her femur and literally 12 weeks after her recovery BROKE her femur and they had to go back in and put a plate in and she had to do physical therapy. 3 trips to NYC to one of the best surgeons in the country! She thrives now! 🙂
