Today i made tiger nut drink, and it tasted soo good All the ingredients was well balanced and the process was well calculated Infact this was my second time making tiger nut drink but this is the one that made to this place 😁 because the first one spoiled before i could even finish Now i will tell you why, but first let me list the ingredients: 6 paints of Tiger nut 6 Derica of Date 6 coconut 10,00 Naira worth of Ginger 6 bags of sachet water I soaked the tiger nut for 2 days but i made sure i changed the water everyday i soaked the Date overnight (1 night) I found out that when making tiger nut drink you have to work with both ice block and very cold water and i didn’t use any of that when i made the first one that got Bad cos that was my first attempt ever But this one i was prepared, i started by freezing 1 bag of sachet water Days before the production date so it can be solid, and the other 5 Bags only need them very cold so i put them in the fridge for about 3 days and thats what i used to blend the tiger nut, Date, coconut and ginger The froozen Bag of sachet was what i added to the bowl where i was pouring the blended tiger nut, that way it halps to keep it cold all the way till you finish, because it appears that this thing spoils very quickly but when you work with cold water and ice block you are going to have a very healthy tasty tiger nut drink But please DO NOT remove the block from the Bag else you will have a very watery tiger nut Drink, you can always remove it when you are done Ones i was done blending with my Raylux sound proof blender i poured everything into my Raylux SDF juicer to squeeze and extract the juice for me, Honestly you don’t want to use Hand to squeeze that juice out especially when you are making this much quantity We started drinking it immediately we finished juicing because it was still soo cold, we didn’t need to put it in the freezer before drinking it I got 130 bottles If your blender no strong no put body o Sound proof blender from @rayluxafrica SDF commercial blender from @rayluxafrica Shop from their website www.Rayluxafrica.com
