It’s not been altered in anyway you’re just adding 3% hydrogen peroxide and white distilled or apple cider vinegar to your normal shower routine. It is a normal shower. You’re just adding those two things along with your body wash or shower gel when you wash your body. Yes you can put it in a spray bottle and spray your body and then wash your body. Yes, you can make a two day supply of this at the same time put it in your spray bottle or whatever you’re using, but do not tighten the lid all the way because this can expand the bottle. Do this every other day that’s about four times a week. Do not do this every day. It will dry out your skin. If you do it every single day trust me I have tried this solution. Anyway you can think of every day every four days every three days, I’ve tried it with 12% hydrogen peroxide. I’ve tried it with 35% hydrogen peroxide.
