to those discrediting walking vs running.. yes it is true, ive been walking 10km daily for almost 4 months now.. i started my journey at 110kg now im in 90 to 91kg.. ive tried running my knee cannot handle it.. my progress maybe slow but it is sustainable.. i would prefer slow progress vs bad knee..

i used to do fast pace walking mixed with running and sprinten at my work back ik the day got around 40.000 steps worth and it did wonders for me, droped form 80 to 58 kilos in les than 1 year
