@healingwithbaz: - Carnivore/Lion diet Strict elimination sure made some improvements to my inflammation. But man my energy, libido were terrible. Couldn’t shit 😆, couldn’t even think straight. At way to much grilled meat rather than slow cooked and stocks - Red Light Therapy I saw major improvements in my sleep & energy. Also saw major improvements in how my skin would heal once I replaced my house lights ( massive one ). - “Perfect/Disciplined” Routine I would stress over every slip up, every imperfection and then be super stress as to why I’m not seeing any major improvements. I was masking “discipline” as just a hope for another quick fix. Stop stressing about perfection. - Physical Activity If I didn’t have carpentry as a job in which forced me to lift and move, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Constant sweat and movement is a detoxing powerhouse for the skin. Let alone a lot of my exercise is also in the sun, which is awesome. I found my health would take a huge hit whenever I would stop moving for a long period of time. - Chemist/Pharmacy Creams I BEG YOU, fuck these all off. This is what caused my TSW. On top of that the moisturisers are often full of loads of shit that’s banned for the skin. Once I ridded myself of all these creams and changed to Lard/Tallow, that’s where I saw some major changes. - Meat stock/Fatty Cuts I noticed major improvements in my overall skin and gut health once I started consuming meat stock daily and incorporating fattier cuts of meat. These act as a glue for your gut lining and are undeniably the best thing you can do for healthy skin.
