I’m a scotch fillet girly, a bit more affordable than the rib eye, loads of flavour and I love that it has (or should) have a grain of fat through it. Surely I’m not the only one?

Picanha my top choice. Ribeye is just up there. I find more flavour and richness in a good Picanha though.

Picanha is my favourite. I’ve completely given up on bothering with brisket because it’s not worth the trouble. Picanha is so forgiving, can’t go wrong and delicious.

We can get ribeye in Australia?? I’ve tried and searched everywhere for it (Sydney) but can never find it anywhere 😞 I always just resort to sirloin as a result.
