Would love a video like this but for the girlys with bad knees! Also I’ve been doing calorie deficit and working out and all that and I lost weight just not in my thighs and now I’ve been at a stand still just maintaining and no longer losing :/

just here to let the moms know I stack my toddlers foldable nugget cushions and do Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts with them. for abdominal workouts you can tuck your feet into any of the cushions depending on the workout. i tuck mine at the bottom for crunches and higher up for Russian twists. if you don't have a bench for arms/chest you can lay with your back towards the corner for flexion.
