chemo hair loss update again! I’ve seen cold capping work so well for others, but I was not one of the fortunate ones. This video is for the girlies who are disheartened by their cold cap results or lack thereof. You are not alone and it is not just hair!! At the end of the day, hair loss from chemotherapy is dehumanizing. I can honestly say I am now in a place where I have accepted the hair loss. It no longer bothers me. People often ask me why I don’t shave it off already. For me, shaving my head is traumatizing and something I never planned on doing. I know others say it’s liberating, but I do not envision that for myself. I admire the bravery of those who shave their head. It’s a personal choice and everyone’s cancer journey will look different. Overall, I would still recommend giving cold capping a try especially if covered by insurance. P.S. my nose keeps running cause I no longer have nose hairs lol #chemohairloss #hairlossjourney #chemosideeffects #BreastCancerAwareness #breastcancer
