@rarafif15: The SS1410 (later classified as the D14 class by Djawatan Kereta Api or DKA) was a specialized tank locomotive built for the Staatsspoorwegen (SS), the state railway company of the Dutch East Indies. ​Designed specifically to tackle the challenging, heavily graded mountainous terrains of West Java, this locomotive featured a unique 2-8-2T (Mikado) wheel arrangement. The front and rear trailing wheels were crucial for navigating sharp, winding curves safely, while the eight driving wheels provided the necessary traction to haul heavy passenger and freight trains up steep inclines.
