Feel like people don’t actually get the rule it’s covering ur mouth in a confrontational moment to an opposition if ur talking to the ref or ur team mate and cover then it’s not a dismissal coz there’s no way they will say anything bad however against the opposition they could be saying anything and that’s what they r stopping that chance of anyone saying controversial in a heated moment
