@reemcookz: Biscoff Cheesecake Brownie🍰🍫 recipe: For Brownie: -185g chocolate -118g butter -2 eggs -1/4 cup sugar -1/2 cup brown sugar -1/4 tsp salt -1/2 cup flour -1/4 cup cocoa powder -2 tsp vanilla extract For Biscoff Cheesecake: -1 cup (200ml) heavy whipping cream -1/4 cup powdered sugar -200g cream cheese -1/2 cup biscoff spread (melted) -biscoff spread (for drizzle) -In a bowl, melt butter, add chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth -Whisk eggs, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy -Pour chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, mix until combined -Add salt, flour and vanilla extract. Fold batter until fully combined (avoid over-mixing the batter) -Pour batter into baking pan lined with parchment paper -Bake at 175°C for 25 mins (let it cool before adding cheesecake layer) -In a bowl, add heavy whipping cream and sifted powdered sugar. Beat for 5-6 mins until soft peaks form -Add cream cheese and melted biscoff spread. Beat until smooth and fully combined -Spread the cheesecake batter on top of cooled brownie. Drizzle more melted biscoff spread. (Optional: sprinkle biscoff crumbs on top). Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
