Watch out for Ryanair, they are waving card machine at you on GBP, ask to change to Euros

I use the post office travel card for my wife and daughter as they get charged on their bank cards. I use my Halifax ultimate rewards card as there are no fees.

my daughter's using her Monzo bank account in shop card machines. and she said they're isn't an option to choose euros on the card machine??

Revolut is what I used in Portugal, you can also exchange your £s to € on the revolut app, just make sure the currency you’re using is selected on the app
