I still don't get it, why most people in the US are not building their house with bricks and cement, if the reason it's about how difficult it is to repair some part of the house with brick and cement, well at least you don't have to repair the whole house and build a new one every time a tornado hits you. 😅 I mean i living in the "3rd world country" but most of us build with bricks and cement. and mind you, not only tornado hits us, earthquake and flooding too.
