@twomenandalady: AD We are DEFINITELY in the 96% of people not getting enough essential fibre. So, in a quest to up our intake and feel generally healthier, we tried some 'fibre hacks' we found on the internet. The results were...interesting. The truth is, as busy working parents, we're never going to have time for health hacks, fads and overcomplicated recipes. We need something easy, convenient and, most importantly, yummy that can just slot naturally into our lives.
