This is Takayama Inari Shrine, tucked away in Tsugaru, Aomori ⛩️ This shrine has almost 200 red torii gates winding down a hillside and it’s dedicated to Inari, the deity of harvest, business, and safe travels at sea… which makes sense, since the Sea of Japan is right there in view! Visited on a weekday morning and had the entire place almost to ourselves 🥲 No crowds, no waiting for a clear view!
