I find out my kids on there phone while at school, it’s being taken away. They are there to learn, not to play on social media. If all parents thought that way it wouldn’t be a problem and they’d still have it during the times they NEED it.

Call the office and they will notify your child to call home.....It really worked longer than cellphones have been a thing. They still have to sign out at the office anyway.

Absolutely fucking not, I need my mam more than you understand. I was not allowed to go home for an hour and a half, I was texting her; she had already been there at school for an hour, demanding why I hadn’t been let out yet, after an hour and a half I was but I openly told mam “this is why i argue with you and dad in the mornings because they won’t let me go home.”

i find this to be pointless let the kids have they phone . it's not like the school really teach anymore anyways. the new math is pointless they not teach real history. they're not teaching cursive. like what the hell is the point I much rather the phone teach them what they doing now.

we didn't have phones in the 90's. parents want to get ahold of the kids call the office. kids do not need phones.. my kids school is starting this next year. im all for it
