I mix the yolk and cheese into the pasta and then spoon in hot pasta water. It makes it into the creamy sauce not like scrambled eggs if that’s what ur thinking! I’m pretty sure that’s how everyone makes it though - I don’t think you just mix the egg and cheese onto the pasta and serve it that way. Idk I’m questioning everything LMFAO
