Boil pasta in well salted water until al dente. Before draining, reserve about ½ cup pasta water. 2️⃣ Make the chicken crispy.  Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip in beaten egg, then toss in cornstarch until lightly coated. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, turning until golden, crispy, and cooked to 165°F. Transfer to a plate. 3️⃣ Make the honey pepper glaze.  In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it bubble for 1-2 minutes until glossy. Toss the crispy chicken in the glaze, then remove it from the pan. 4️⃣ Make the Alfredo.  Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth. Add pasta water a little at a time until silky. 5️⃣ Assemble.  Toss the pasta in the Alfredo sauce. Plate it high, then pile the sticky crispy honey pepper chicken over the top.
