this is why i check the RATED capacity of the powerbank, based on the brand i've questioned about the so called 20,000Mah power bank is the capacity (in theory) can reserve but due to voltage conversion loses, heat, and effieciency, the rated capacity comes down to 11,000Mah although this time the 11kmah is absolute.
