Honey BBQ Chicken Sliders 🍔  Easy to make and delicious 🤤 Save for later! 📖 Ingredients: 
For the chicken marinade: 450g chicken tenders (breasts)
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp onion powder  1 tsp msg (chicken bouillon) (optional) 1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika 
1 tsp cayenne pepper  1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper  150ml milk or buttermilk  100m pickle juice  1 egg For the dry Coating: 250 g all-purpose flour Same seasonings as above (1 tsp each) 100g cornflour  2 tsp baking powder  For the Honey BBQ Glaze: 2 tbsp butter 1/2 cup ketchup  3 tbsp BBQ sauce 2 tbsp hot sauce  1 tsp worcestershire sauce  1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder  2 tbsp honey 2–3 tbsp water (to thin slightly) For the Sauce: 3 tbsp mayonnaise 50 ml buttermilk 1 tbsp chopped parsley ½ tsp salt ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper Slider buns or burger buns  Pickle slices  Oil for frying 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Marinate the chicken:     Combine chicken with marinade ingredients, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight). 2. Prepare the coating:     Whisk together flour, cornflour, baking powder, and the same seasonings in a separate bowl. 3. Coat the chicken:     Heat oil to 170–180°C. Dredge chicken in dry mix, dip back into marinade, then coat again in dry mix. Shake off excess. 4. Fry:     Fry in batches for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain. For extra crispiness, fry again for 2–3 minutes. 5. Make the honey BBQ glaze:     Simmer all glaze ingredients in a pan over medium heat until thickened and glossy. 6. Prepare the sauce:     Mix sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside. 7. Toast the buns:     Slice buns and toast in butter until golden and lightly crisp. 8.
