Hybrid build is the best for Hirara. She needs 45% cooldown to make her impossible to catch. Idk, why y'all building damage on Hirara, even though it's not fit for her. But her damage is enough and the only thing she need is cooldown reduction.

The only time you're gonna have difficulties against a hirara is if she snowballs due to your team feeding. I keep on meeting hirara users and only lost to one due to the overall team gap. Once you sustain her damage and have good lifesteal/spellvamp then she's a sitting duck.

Honestly, after 30 games with Hirara, I can say that her damage is noticeably lower than other assassins. Her wave-clear and farming speed are pretty slow as well. But in return, she has amazing mobility, great survivability, and can start ganking as early as level 2. Her cooldowns are also relatively short, allowing her to stay active and pressure the map consistently. i'm now hirara main
