I ran Tesamorelin for 6 months (Mon–Fri). Started at 1 mg, then moved to 2 mg. Went from 190 lbs to 170 lbs with a clean diet, kept my muscle, slept great, and noticed gradual fat loss from my face down to my stomach. It’s not a miracle peptide—it amplifies good habits. Diet and consistency matter.

Hi, Im on Reta so slow digestion right. So I dont eat at night cos have to take Tesa fasted at night. Ive been waking up a lot so not getting good sleep, I presume this is happening as a result of empty stomach? Any suggestions please?

The water retention almost made me quit but I trusted the process. After about 4 weeks wasn’t so uncomfortable from it and began to see and feel results. Love it now.

I take it in the morning, fasted, and then don’t eat for 2-3 hours. My first three weeks I was ready to save my money… after week four, TAKE MY MONEY!! Haha

Can you benefit by taking Tesa and semoreline together (not mix just cycle together) or should you cycle one then the other?

When I was using Tessa from the research companies in America, I didn’t have a reaction at all recently. I started using a Gray market Supplier for Tessa Marlin and I started out at my normal one MG per day, and I have this weird irritation, burning sensation and bloating in the injection site

Sounds like o should stop buying tesa.. I was even going to get 20mg but if it’s like that, seems more placebo than anything
