screwfix we just got one for £175 and it's amazing but get a hose extension for out the window we found the standard one that came with it were long enough

I would personal get a professional installer to get actual AC Unit installed on your property. Can cost as low as £1300 for full installation. Its worth it in the long run.

Portable units are terrible, loud, inefficient and you have to store it in the winter. We fit proper split air con starting at £899! Not to mention it heats in the winter too!
