@zacharyfulbright: 1. Start your morning with a song that feels like you—and let yourself sit with whatever it brings up. 2. Spend a couple hours somewhere on your own—coffee shop, park, or even a drive—and give yourself that time without distractions. 3. Write down three things you’ve made it through—and actually let yourself acknowledge that. 4. Put into one sentence the kind of person you want to be—and don’t water it down. 5. Revisit a dream you stopped checking in on—and decide if it still matters. 6. Send yourself a message with something you need to hear—and read it tomorrow. 7. Go back to something you used to enjoy and see if any part of it still feels like you. 8. Write down something you want—and notice where you usually talk yourself out of it. 9. Look at a photo from a hard time and recognize what you carried through it. 10. Take a long walk without your phone and let your thoughts come and go on your terms. 11. Write down a boundary you’ve kept—and remind yourself why it mattered. 12. Do one small thing you’ve been putting off—and let it count. 13. Clear a small space around you and make it feel better for you. 14. Step away from something that’s been draining you—without explaining yourself. 15. Change one thing in your space that doesn’t feel right anymore. 16. Go outside at a time you normally wouldn’t—and choose something different for yourself. 17. Finish something simple you’ve been avoiding and let yourself feel the difference. 18. Come back to something that once made you feel strong and reconnect with it. 19. Write down one thing in your life that isn’t working anymore—and be honest about it. 20. Wear something that makes you feel more like yourself. 21. Make a meal you actually want and stay present while you’re doing it. 22. Spend an hour without input—no music, no podcasts—and listen to your own thoughts. 23. Revisit something you walked away from and decide if it still fits who you are now. 24. Write what matters to you right now—without filtering it. 25. Write to the version of you that kept going, even when it was hard. 26. Put the thought that keeps coming up into words—and look at it directly. 27. Move or cancel one thing this week that you know you don’t want to do. 28. Let go of one expectation that doesn’t actually belong to you. 29. Make one small decision without asking anyone else. 30. End the day by noticing you showed up for yourself—and let that be enough. 🌱 If you’d like to get better at hearing yourself — not the noise around you — I can help ✨ 👇 Comment “Shift” and I’ll send you Chapter One of my book 📘 The 50-Day Shift — a guide to clearer thinking, calmer choices, and better days. 👥 If you’re ready to apply this more intentionally, I also offer 1:1 coaching. #personalgrowth #mindsetshift #over40 #selfawareness #enjoyyourlife
